Our Point Team talked about mentors last night. I am curious how many of us are in a formal mentor relationship right now. One of the things we talked about was that we all felt we were somewhat involved in informal mentorships, such as leading by example or giving advice to a friend. However, none of us were regularly involved in mentoring anyone or being mentored ourselves. Any thoughts?

I have an informal mentor, who I talk to on a regular basis...and I am formally mentoring three guys.
